Pizza Tools
When making Parmigiana Pizza, we always recommend that you use whatever tools you are able to get your hands on. Our basic pizza tools are…
Pizza Steel
Very similar to a pizza stone, a pizza steel is made of, you guessed it, steel. It’s a great modern method to heat pizza well in a normal oven.
Glass Measuring Jug
A good quality, heavy glass measuring jug with clear marking for various measures to me is a must. I hate taking chances with portions, so it’s an important tool for me.
Pizza Stone
A pizza stone is a great way to up your pizza game at home. Read more about cooking with a Pizza Stone.

Romano Cheese
Romano cheese as a topping for pizza adds a hard, salty flavor to your favorite pies that you can’t get with anything else. Made from sheep’s milk, Romano cheese is one of the oldest cheeses used in Italian cooking and remains one of the most popular and widely used toppings on pizzas today.
When ordering Romano cheese for your pizza, you want to make sure it has been freshly grated. This ensures that the flavor will be at its peak and create the perfect combination with other toppings, like pepperoni or sausage.
