If you make a lot of dough through the year, you’ll find owning a pizza dough proofing box very useful.
The taste of snail is said to be similar to that of mushrooms—rich and nutty with a hint of earthiness. Snails are also high in protein and low in fat, making them a healthier alternative to meats like pepperoni or sausage.
When cooked properly, snails provide an interesting texture for pizza lovers who want something unique and delicious. To prepare the dish, chefs will often bake the snails in olive oil before adding them to their pizzas.
