About Red Chili Pepper Flakes
Red Chili Pepper Flakes are a great way to add a spicy kick to pizza. They provide the perfect balance of heat, flavor and crunch. Red chili pepper flakes are small bits of dried red chilies, with most flakes containing just the chilies’ inner flesh and seeds.
The heat level of these flakes can vary widely depending on the type of peppers used in the blend and the drying technique employed. For those who like their pizza hot and spicy, adding some red chili pepper flakes is a must!

Leftovers need to go somewhere, and I hate using lots of plastic wrap or alfoil. I prefer good air tight clear containers for my fridge.
Dough storage containers must be of high quality and airtight.
Quality Food Containers
Leftovers need to go somewhere, and I don’t enjoy using aluminium foil or plastic wrap all the time. A couple of good air tight containers should be in every home.
Ancient Egyptians saw onions as a symbol of eternal life because of the circular layers. Farmed and eaten for at least 5,000 years, Onions have been used as medicine, food and even helped in Egyptian mummification.
The three most common onion colors are white, red and yellow. Onions are easy to grow, store and are cheap and full of flavour, making them very popular across the world. China consumes nearly 25% of the world’s onions every year.

Pizza making FAQ
Below we’ve compiled the most common pizza making questions and provided expert answers. Are you looking for how to make delicious pizza at home? Please read on!
Can I substitute pizza sauce with regular ketchup or pasta sauce?
You can try, however you probably won’t enjoy the result. Both ketchup and pasta sauces are typically too runny to use as pizza sauce. You are better using tomato paste, or at least mixing tomato paste in with your ketchup, to get a thicker sauce. Half the taste of pizza sauce is in the garlic and herbs, so don’t forget to add those as well.
How many slices are in a pizza?
A typical pizza has either 6, 8 or 12 slices, depending on the size and who cuts it up.
How do I prevent dough from sticking to my kitchen bench?
I also recommend a good amount of flour or polenta to be dusted on surfaces. Polenta, having a larger, rounder grain, is perfect to put on your pizza peel or paddle, to slide the pizza on and off easily.
