Paneer is a fresh Indian cheese that has become increasingly more common in the Western diet. Paneer has a mild flavor and creamy texture, making it ideal for sandwiching between layers of pizza dough, sauce, and other toppings.

 

When making paneer pizza at home you can use store-bought cubes or shreds of paneer as a topping. Depending on your preference you may choose to cook the paneer first before adding it to the pizza or simply sprinkle it over the top after baking.
